The Rábalux Group started its activities in 1993. It has grown from a family business to a company that connects with the largest lighting components companies, undertaking the assembly and wholesale of luminaires. In 2000, Rábalux established a site with a modern assembly workshop in the industrial zone of Serfőző út in Győr. Between 2004 and 2007, its wholesale subsidiary system was established in 8 countries. Rábalux Logistikai Kft. Was established in 2007, which provides a full range of lighting logistics services. Owner László Lipovits said that now an investment of a value that has never been seen before in the life of the company is starting. In 2010, they bought an area of ​​more than 18,000 square meters in the Győr Industrial Park, Körtefa Street, and a logistics center was planned here. The company won a non-refundable EU grant of HUF 250 million to implement the investment.
